PEMBUATAN ALAT PEMBASMI WERENG RAMAH LINGKUNGAN BERBASIS SISTEM KENDALI UNTUK GAPOKTAN RUKUN TANI

Abstract


Abstract: Since Pacet region is located in the mountain slope, no wonder the land is fertile and most of its resident decide to be farmer. Among all of the village in Pacet, one of them is Warugunung. Based on the data from Department of Agriculture of Mojokerto, there are 249 Ha area of farming in Warugunung with 71 Quintal/Ha of annual productivity. Among all of the problem face by the farmers, one of the most crucial problem is planthopper. This is also the problem that has been faced by the member of Farmer Union (Gapoktan) Rukun Tani in Warugunung. Usually farmers will use chemical pesticide in order to kill the planthopper. Unfortunately the use of chemical pesticide does affect the condition of the land, at some point the land fertility will decrease. In order to solve this problem, proposed a Control System Based and Environmentally Friendly Planthopper Exterminator. This device use the white light from LED lamp 100 W in order to attract the planthopper, after that the vacuum will take up the planthopper and trap them. The device embedded with a microcontroller, so that this device can be control from far away by the farmer using their smart phone.
